It is the combined program we use for the eye area at ReYeonK. Virtue Eye (dermis), Eye Ultherapy (deep layer) and Eye Tox (surface) are performed in order during the same visit. Around the eyes, sagging, loss of firmness and fine lines are problems of different depths, so one method does not cover them all. (Results vary between individuals.)
No. We do not recommend Eye Ultherapy to someone who has no sagging yet, and if fine lines are not the concern we leave out Eye Tox. Adding an unnecessary layer only increases cost and recovery burden. We tell you in consultation what can be left out.
It can be split. However, receiving the three on separate days means going through anaesthesia and recovery three times. Doing them in the same visit reduces recovery to a single period. If the schedule is difficult, splitting is possible.
Usually 1–3 days. There may be redness and slight swelling around the eyes right after, and small dot marks may remain for about a day where Eye Tox was placed. Makeup is often possible from the next day. (Results vary between individuals.)
Eye Tox shows change in fine lines first, within 2–7 days. Virtue Eye and Eye Ultherapy appear gradually over 4–12 weeks as collagen builds. So the composition contains both a fast change and a slow one. (Results vary between individuals.)
6–12 months. It differs slightly by layer — Eye Tox around 3–4 months, while Virtue Eye and Eye Ultherapy last longer. Some people therefore repeat only Eye Tox in between. (Results vary between individuals.)
Anaesthetic cream is applied generously beforehand. The eye area is sensitive, so some feel more than they would on the face. If the intensity is hard to bear, we do not push on — we reset the strength and order.
Only the eyelid and under-eye skin layers are targeted, and the eye is protected during the procedure. Because the eye area is hard to undo, depth and intensity are reset to eye-area standards and no excessive settings are used.
It depends on the timing and state of recovery. After eyelid surgery (double eyelid, upper blepharoplasty) the tissue needs time to settle. Tell us which surgery and when, and we will judge suitability and timing in consultation.
No. Eye Thermage is a standalone procedure delivering RF across the surface of the eye area. EyeThera is a program bundling ultrasound (Eye Ultherapy), needle RF (Virtue Eye) and skin botulinum toxin (Eye Tox) to address three layers together.
It depends on the cause. If it is shadow from thinned skin, thickening the skin with Virtue Eye may help. But if the darkness is pigment, pigment treatment comes first and EyeThera may not be the answer. We look at the cause first in consultation.
It depends on the degree. When skin and muscle have stretched enough to cover the eye, a procedure does not substitute for upper blepharoplasty. At an earlier stage of descent, Eye Ultherapy can be tried. Which stage it is, is judged in consultation.
There is no set number. One session shows the direction, and you may continue if needed. Because layers last differently, some repeat only Eye Tox after 3–4 months. It is not a program where a quota has to be filled.
Please tell us your history of eye-area procedures (filler, botulinum toxin, surgery) and any medication you take. Medicines or supplements affecting circulation can make bruising last longer. Contact lenses are best removed before the procedure.
Do not rub the eye area on the day, and avoid saunas, steam rooms and intense exercise for 3–4 days. On the day of Eye Tox, avoid lying down or pressing and rubbing around the eyes. Sun protection on the eye area helps the result last.
It is sometimes done together with facial lifting or a skin booster. The eye area carries a recovery burden, however, so what goes on the same day and what is separated is decided in consultation.
It depends on what is included and what is left out. The cost differs between doing all three and doing only two. The exact amount is given after the composition is set in consultation.
Yes. Eyelid descent and fine lines around the eyes occur regardless of sex. Men often have thicker skin and a different brow position, so depth and intensity are set differently.

Treating only the surface will not hold. This is the range where the deep layer has to be lifted with ultrasound. That said, the descent sometimes originates in the forehead and brow rather than the eye area, so we first look at where to lift.
This is the side that thickens the skin itself, putting RF directly into the dermis to build collagen. The change appears gradually over 4–12 weeks, so it does not suit a tight deadline.
This is the fastest visible change, appearing within 2–7 days. Being a surface procedure, however, it does not address the descent itself.
In these cases we do not recommend EyeThera. If it is pigment, pigment treatment comes first; if it is forehead descent, lifting there comes first. When the order is wrong, there is little to gain and only cost added.
